The first 2026 district softball games against Allen were also the first district games hosted in Plano’s new field. It was also Future Wildcats Softball night, where dozens of young prospective players were recognized on the field between games and in the stands between innings during the varsity game.
On a sour note for the Wildcats, the Eagles swept both games of the evening.
