Allen hosted the first 2025 varsity softball game against the Plano Wildcats on Feb. 18 in an afternoon game scheduled to get ahead of scheduled bad weather. Well, they got ahead of freezing temps, but not ahead of very cold blowing drizzle. For the second district game in a row, Plano closed out the game in three innings, 21-4
