2019 softball season district play for the Plano Lady Wildcats softball teams began with away games at Allen on a cold Wednesday night, postponed from an even colder evening the day before. Varsity benefited from the change, reversing traditional order of play and playing first, snagging some welcome warming sunshine.
Plano won the varsity game, and Allen took the JV game.
