The Plano Softball team braved the excruciating traffic between Plano and Princeton on Feb. 27 to play their first 2026 district game against Princeton at the home of the Lady Panthers, who created an awkward fashion moment by wearing almost the same color scheme uniforms as Plano’s “Away” uniforms. Undaunted, the Lady Wildcats swept both JV and varsity games, going home early after the fifth inning of the varsity game 15- zero. The Plano Lady Wildcats softball teams hosted Princeton for the first round of 2025 district games on Feb. 25 at Plano West’s field while the Wildcat’s field remains under construction.
