Due to forecast prolonged and heavy rain in the area for the night, the Plano at Marcus varsity football game, like many games in the DFW metroplex, had the kickoff time moved up to 5:30pm, and Plano’s band and drill team did not attend for a half-time performance to speed completion of the game. While a cold front blew in for the game, rain did not. The teams and fans went home dry, and Marcus notched a 53-7 win over Plano.
