August 1 is the first day of UIL authorized Fall football practice for the 2022 season in Texas, and the Plano Wildcats feeder schools Clark and Vines 9th grade teams hit the fields on their respective campuses at 7:00 a.m. to mitigate the heat for practice.

Plano’s varsity and JV teams will have their first practice on Aug. 8th at Plano Senior High, also at 7:00 a.m. I’ll be there to snap some photos.
