In the second round of 2021 district softball play Plano hosted Marcus on March 30 and both JV and varsity games went the distance but Marcus won both games. It was also Teacher Appreciation Night for Plano, as player-selected faculty members were recognized on the field before the games and left with well-earned goodie bags.
